Neo Living provides nationwide delivery across Australia, ensuring safe and efficient transport to all states and territories. Final details such as the delivery method, schedule, and scope will be discussed and agreed upon during the Purchase Agreement signing.

2. Insurance & Coverage

  • We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all Class  1A projects, offering protection against loss or damage during transit.

  • Our logistics partners are also insured, including trucks, cranes, and supporting transport equipment.

  • Specific terms, coverage limits, and responsibilities tied to these insurance arrangements will be clearly defined and agreed upon at the Purchase Agreement stage.

3. Tracking & Real-Time Updates

Upon commencement of delivery, customers will receive access to our customer portal, which provides real-time tracking updates offering transparency and live visibility into your project’s progress.

4. Finalisation Through the Purchase Agreement

Key logistical aspects—including delivery timeline, insurance details, tracking setup, liability allocation, and any special requirements will all be finalised at the time of signing the Purchase Agreement, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement before initiation.
