This process ensures the home receives all necessary building and planning approvals, including structural, energy efficiency, plumbing and electrical compliance, so your modular home can be legally constructed and issued a certificate of occupancy.

  • A modular prefab home is a dwelling that is constructed off-site in a factory setting and then transported to its final location. These homes are built in sections, allowing for faster build times and more control over quality.

  • Typically, we can complete a modular prefab home within 3 months, including manufacturing and delivery. This is significantly faster than traditional construction methods.

  • We offer class 1A complete packages and this includes council approval on our homes, however without the class 1A complete package some of our homes cannot be council approved.
